I really enjoyed Otte, a newish boutique I had never entered before, I walked straight back to the sale items, still extremely or rather expensive, but when they said, "we are having a great sale, an extra 40 off mark downs", the real shopping began!

If you want what is Hot in the: New, Chic, Young, Designer World, OTTE if for you. With ALL of the Hottest Styles in one petite boutique & Friendly Staff [not haughty] at least at the 3rd Avenue Boutique location.
